Congratulations! We are just a few weeks away from the big day! In order for our planners to best serve you, we need as much information as possible. Please take your time filling out the pre-timeline meeting questionnaire below (should take 1-2 hours to fill). Be as descriptive as possible. If you do not have answers for some questions, don't panic! That's why we are meeting after the questionnaire is completed. One of our planners will help guide you through the all the unanswered questions. 

The purpose of the questionnaire is two-fold: 1) It provides our planners with the most information possible; that way, we can prepare an accurate timeline for you. 2) It also helps transition you into the final phase of planning-- identifying the loose ends, asking our expert planners for guidance, and tying together all those loose ends.  We want to ensure that no detail goes unnoticed, making your special day nothing short of perfect!

Once the questionnaire has been completed, please email copies of ALL of your venue and vendor contracts to hello@theaddedtouchevents.com. *NOTE* our planners will not meet for the timeline meeting unless all contracts have been received. 

After submitting the questionnaire, you will be provided with a link to our appointment calendar. Please set up your timeline session with one of our planners according to your schedule.

What keepsakes and decor will The Added Touch Events be responsible for setting up?
The Added Touch Events is responsible for setting up minimal decor (items listed below). Any additional decor can be set up by our planners for an additional fee. All decor must be exchanged and given to the planner immediately after the rehearsal and at the rehearsal location. All items not exchanged at the rehearsal location are the responsibility of the client, not the planner.
