Daniella provided all of our vendors with schedules far in advance and spoke with them often to make sure everyone knew the logistics for the day. Our other vendors would often refer to conversations with Daniella and even bring the materials she'd sent them to meetings with us. It was so nice to not have to send anything to our other vendors - we could tell Daniella and trust her to get the message out to everyone. We could also trust her to take care of things like getting parking passes for each of our vendors (a big deal in downtown Houston). I can't overemphasize how great it was to not have to help all of our other vendors with these details.
Looking around the reception space when I arrived, I was so pleased to see every detail in the exact spot I'd hoped for - nothing that we relayed to Daniella was forgotten. She graciously took all of our reception items in advance and took detailed notes about how we wanted them set out. Everything looked perfect when we arrived. At the reception, Daniella and her team member were dressed in lovely, appropriate wedding attire to blend in at our formal affair - I really appreciated that "added touch". She was also constantly watching for any problem that she could fix on my behalf, before I even asked, such as bringing a bandaid when my shoe started to rub. Little things like that truly showcase how thoughtful Daniella is in planning and executing a client's dream day.
